26 March Update: We just learned that Bub has qualified for Eukanuba 2012 already, due to this award. What a nice extra.

9 March, 2012: We are very pleased to announce that BIS, GCH CH Eyjahunda Thorarinn, CGC “Bubbie” is the first ISD to earn the Amerian Kennel Club’s Grand Champion Bronze level award! “In honor of this distinction, the AKC awards you with a special Grand Champion Bronze AKC Medallion to commemorate your dog’s place in AKC history. Your dog’s name will also be listed on the AKC Web site for its accomplishment.” Robin Stansell, Vice President Event Operations AKC. It is fun to note that our Kolperla, Kolrassa and Bragi are also in the top ten – one year after the three were retired from the ring. Kolperla has been retired Dec 2010 and was the first AKC Grand Champion ISD. We are so proud of our pack.

Bub (at right) is a happy, fun loving soul and lives a full life as a farm dog. His dam is at left. 1 year old.
